Internal function for providing long classification definitions.

Operates classification definitions from wide format to long format.

read_classes(class_def)

Arguments

class_def	This variable contains the data in the wide format. See the classifications defined in /datas/classification_codes/

Value

returns a tibble of classification definition in long format (tidy data) as that is what the package needs in operation.

Details

The read_classes essentially just transforms a wide class definition file to long data, what can be used in classifying. This allows user to manage class definitions in wide data format, which is easier for the human eyes.
